This page explains exactly which technologies Gastroplan uses, why they are used and how you control your consent.

1. In brief
Gastroplan uses necessary local storage to remember your cookie choice. It cannot be disabled because the website would otherwise be unable to remember whether you accepted or rejected analytics.
Google Analytics is only loaded if you actively accept analytics. We do not currently use marketing cookies, Meta Pixel, Google Ads cookies or personalised advertising.

The choice does not contain your name, email address, phone number or information entered in forms.
3. Analytics with Google Analytics
If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-1YH391TSG6. The service is provided by Google Ireland Limited.
We measure page views, traffic source, device type, browser, language and anonymous events. When a form has been submitted successfully, we record the generate_lead event with the form type and language. The form content and your contact details are not sent to Google Analytics.

Event-level data in Google Analytics may be retained for up to 14 months. Aggregated reports may be retained for longer. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in the website configuration.
4. Consent and withdrawal
On your first visit, you can accept, reject or customise analytics. Google Analytics is not downloaded before you accept.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time. When analytics is disabled, Analytics is deactivated, Analytics cookies are removed and the page reloads.
5. Google and international transfers
Google processes Analytics information under Google’s applicable terms and data protection rules. Processing may involve transfers outside the EU/EEA using the transfer mechanisms made available by Google.

6. Changes and contact
This policy is updated if the website’s technologies change. If we later add marketing measurement, we will request new and separate consent before activating that technology.

7. Language versions
This Cookie Policy is available in Danish and English. The English version is a translation of the Danish original. In the event of any linguistic discrepancy, the Danish version shall be used as the basis for interpretation.
