Collaboration models

Find the right way into the collaboration

Some assignments fit a fixed framework. Others require an individual process. Choose the collaboration model that best fits your situation.

FIXED PACKAGES

Packages for Menu, Kitchen & Profitability

For menu development, kitchen structure and stronger profitability, we work with a fixed CORE + Credits model. The packages create a clear framework for deliverables, process and pricing, with the option to add relevant elements when the assignment requires more.

The packages are particularly relevant for menu development, costing, recipe structure, kitchen flow, purchasing and implementation in daily operations.

Individual scope

When the assignment requires more than a standard solution

Operations, openings, relaunches, branding, recruitment, project management and crisis support rarely fit fairly into a fixed package. In these cases, we create an individual scope where the assignment, responsibilities and intended impact are clearly defined before work begins.

Deliverables and priorities

We agree exactly what needs to be analysed, developed, implemented or followed up on.

Responsibilities and decisions

We clarify who provides input, makes decisions and keeps momentum in day-to-day operations.

Timeline and capacity

The process is adapted to the operation, so improvements can be implemented without creating unnecessary pressure on the team.

Clear boundaries

The agreement also defines what is not included, so expectations, costs and responsibilities are clear from the start.

Example: Supplier negotiation and purchasing optimisation usually covers up to five suppliers within a standard scope. Additional suppliers, locations or separate negotiation processes are agreed separately.

Ongoing advisory

Regular advisory support, follow-up and operational support

Some businesses do not need one large project. They need an experienced external profile who can support management, follow up on agreements and help keep progress moving in practice.

An ongoing collaboration can include operational reviews, menu adjustments, supplier dialogue, team structure, management guidance, implementation and follow-up on relevant key figures.

PERFORMANCE MODEL

When results can be measured

The performance model can be relevant when there is access to a reliable data basis and clear potential within areas such as purchasing, food cost, waste, product mix, staffing or operational improvement.

The model is always agreed individually. It is not a guarantee of a specific revenue increase or saving, but a collaboration format where the fee and the impact are linked to pre-agreed and documented criteria.

How it works

  1. 1

    Baseline

We establish the documented starting point and the relevant figures.

  2. 2

    Targets and framework

We agree what is measured, which period applies and who has decision-making authority.

  3. 3

    Implementation

We carry out or recommend the agreed improvements and follow the development.

  4. 4

    Settlement

Any performance fee is calculated only on the agreed and documented impact.

Process

From clarification to real impact in daily operations

01

Initial clarification

We clarify the challenge, the goal, the pace and the most important opportunities.

02

Scope and proposal

You receive a clear description of deliverables, responsibilities, timeline and price.

03

Implementation

We turn the plan into practical changes across operations, kitchen, team or guest experience.

04

Follow-up

We assess the impact, adjust where necessary and agree the next steps.
