The weekend period runs from Friday at 22:00 until Monday at 08:00. A Danish public holiday is priced as a weekend day.

Weekend and public holiday rates take precedence over weekday rates. Only one rate applies to the same period. The applicable rate is determined by the time at which the work or travel time is actually performed.

Work will not begin until the assignment and price have been confirmed with you.

Urgent enquiry

Fill in the form below and we will get back to you as quickly as possible. We immediately assess whether the assignment is best started online or requires on-site attendance. When physical attendance is necessary and practically possible, we attend in person. This depends on the situation, geography and our current availability.

We respond to urgent enquiries as quickly as possible and no later than within 24 hours. This is a promise of an initial response and assessment — not of on-site attendance or a completed solution within 24 hours.

FAQ

What urgent operational support covers

Urgent support is for operational events such as fire, water damage, an unexpected shutdown, a severe loss of key staff or a reopening that needs immediate structure. The first priority is to establish a shared picture: what can continue, what must stop, who is responsible and what must happen during the next hours and days.

We respond as quickly as possible and no later than within 24 hours. This is a promise of an initial response, not a promise of physical attendance or a completed solution. Work can begin online, with attendance considered when it is necessary, practical and possible given the situation, geography and availability.

If an insurer, damage-restoration company, trade, supplier or authority is involved, we help organise the operational information and next actions. We do not replace their decisions or authorised responsibilities.
